Data We Collect

Nothing To Declare collects the following data when you use Tower Rush: email address at registration, device type and OS version, gameplay statistics, match history, and in-app purchase records.

We do not collect your real name, phone number, or payment card details. Payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store — we receive only confirmation of transaction completion.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to operate your account, calculate ranked standings, process purchase confirmations, and send service-related emails. Nothing To Declare does not use your data for third-party advertising.

Cookies

The nothingtodeclare.in website uses cookies to maintain login sessions and measure site performance. These cookies do not track you across other websites and expire within 30 days of your last visit.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling cookies will prevent automatic login on the web version of Tower Rush but will not affect the mobile app.

Data Sharing

Nothing To Declare does not sell your personal data. We share anonymised, aggregated gameplay statistics with our analytics provider solely to improve game balance. No individual-level data leaves our systems.

Data Security

All account data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Stored data is encrypted at rest on servers located in India. Access is restricted to authorised Nothing To Declare personnel only.

Despite these measures, no digital system is entirely breach-proof. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you within 72 hours via the email on your account.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. Send a request to info@nothingtodeclare.in with the subject line 'Data Request'. We respond within 14 business days.

Third-Party Links

Tower Rush and nothingtodeclare.in may link to external platforms including Discord and social media. Those platforms control their own privacy practices. We recommend reviewing their policies before engaging.

Data Retention

Active account data is retained for as long as your account exists. If you request deletion, all personally identifiable data is removed within 30 days. Anonymised match records may be retained indefinitely for leaderboard history.

Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Any material changes will be posted on nothingtodeclare.in and communicated via in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.
