Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or playing Tower Rush via nothingtodeclare.in, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part, discontinue use immediately.

These terms apply to all users — registered accounts, guest players, and visitors browsing the site. Nothing To Declare reserves the right to update these terms at any time with notice posted on the site.

Permitted Use

Tower Rush is licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the game, its code, or its assets without written permission from Nothing To Declare.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share login credentials. Nothing To Declare is not liable for losses caused by unauthorised account access resulting from your own negligence.

Users must not exploit bugs, use cheats, or deploy third-party automation tools in Tower Rush. Accounts found in violation face permanent suspension without refund of any purchased items.

Intellectual Property

All Tower Rush game assets, code, branding, maps, and content are the exclusive property of Nothing To Declare. The Tower Rush name and logo are protected marks. Unauthorised commercial use will be pursued legally.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing To Declare provides Tower Rush on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for data loss, downtime, or damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our maximum liability to any user in any dispute is limited to the total amount paid for in-app purchases in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Third-Party Services

Tower Rush integrates with Google Play, the Apple App Store, and analytics providers. These third parties operate under their own terms. Nothing To Declare is not responsible for their data practices or service availability.

Account Security

Nothing To Declare uses industry-standard encryption to protect account data. You must notify us immediately at info@nothingtodeclare.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting info@nothingtodeclare.in. Deletion is processed within 30 days. Ranked history tied to anonymous IDs may be retained for leaderboard integrity.

Changes to Terms

Nothing To Declare may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via in-game notification and posted on nothingtodeclare.in at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued play constitutes acceptance.
